3 Activities Programs at ROMS and ROHS Funding and Finance Dollars from Athletic Booster Club and Band Boosters, Activity Tickets, Gate Receipts, and Donations are the mainstays for funding our programs. School District: Coaching salaries, Transportation, Protective equipment/medical supplies, Facility upkeep.

6 Activities Programs at ROMS and ROHS Celebrations 12-14 pep rallies this year honoring all successes: FB, VB, XC, Cheerleading, Band, Vocal, Wrestling, BB, Bowling, Speech, Fall Play, Musical, FCCLA, FBLA, Tiger Pride, Track, Tennis, and Golf. In May we will add academics, softball and baseball

Wrestler) Shooting Camp BB FB camp at RO is in the works VB camps: At Simpson and VB camp At RO conducted by NWMSU. Guest speakers (Ia. State, Dave Harris), working on others for next year.

15 Activities Programs at ROMS and ROHS It isnt easy to be a coach, especially today. Pay = pennies if you are working year round, time away from your family, your own free time is diminished. The coaches I know have passion for their sport and most importantly have a strong desire to teach life skills. Support from the community and encouragement from individuals is the best way to say thank you to a coach
