8. Implied Consent Law…
States that if you drive on NJ roadways, you agree to submit to a breath test given by police or hospital staff following an arrest for drinking and driving.
If you refuse to take the breath test after such an arrest, the driver will be detained and brought to a hospital where the staff may draw blood to determine BAC.

9. Be a Good Host The Good Host Law
-Always provide food and non-alcoholic

-Never insist on refills or force drinks

you may become involved in a lawsuit.
