5. Orange Transportation Sheet
After you have filled out all of the paperwork, please take the ORANGE transportation sheet to the MP room or Cafeteria and they will help you with your child’s transportation information.

Car riders will have a ½ sheet that we will hand to them each afternoon. Parents will also have a ½ sheet for their car.
You MUST have the ½ sheet in order to pickup in the car rider line.
If lost or you don’t have it with you, you must pickup your child from the office.

9. Pickup/Drop off Changes
If your child is getting picked up by someone other than yourself, the note must have:
Name & phone number of person picking them up
Name & phone number of parent
**The office will call both adults to verify pickup change.

10. Breakfast Students must come to the classroom first.
Then, they will get their tags and go to breakfast.
Must be in the cafeteria by 8:25 or they will be unable to get breakfast.

11. Snack
Students may eat snack throughout the day whenever they are hungry.
Please make sure students have a snack each day.
Please only send in clear liquids.

12. Contacting Ms. Young
I know that things come up before 8:00 AM and after 4:00 PM.
Therefore, feel free to text/call or me at anytime. However, please keep in mind that I have a toddler at home and will not always be able to answer/respond immediately but I will do so ASAP. 

13. Your child will have a small homework assignment nightly.
*Please ensure that they are doing their homework each night and returning it in their folder.*

14. Your child’s graded assignments will come home every Friday.

Behavior
Your child will have a calendar in their blue folder.
Their behavior color will be marked each day.

If there are any major behavior issues, I will contact you that afternoon.
Your child will have the opportunity to earn points to attend the PBIS celebrations.
**Please encourage them to be on their best behavior each day. 
