Release incisions made on one or both sides of the lesion
The incision reaches just below the gingival margin and the periosteum is raised

The diseased collarette of tissue is removed
The root surfaces are cleaned
The horizontal edges of the flap are sutured interdentally
The vertical incisions are also closed

Regenerative Therapy
Pre and post-operative radiographs are necessary
Full thickness flap
Remove diseased marginal gingiva
Debris and granulation tissue must be removed
Radiograph of consil in place

Place the osseopromotive product
Close the flap without tension
Check dental radiographs 3-4 months later
Radiograph of consil in place
