2 INTREGRITY Integrity is an interactive simulation game.
Integrity is designed to give players an understanding of how individuals decision and act on their ethical beliefs.

3 Ethics Moral principles that govern a person's behavior or the conducting of an activity.

4 Study of Ethics Meta-ethics, concerning the theoretical meaning and reference of moral propositions, and how their truth values (if any) can be determined Normative ethics, concerning the practical means of determining a moral course of action Applied ethics, concerning what a person is obligated (or permitted) to do in a specific situation or a particular domain of action

5 Stages of moral development
Pre conventional - Reasoners at this level judge the morality of an action by its direct consequences and are solely concerned with one’s self.  Conventional - Judge the morality of actions by comparing them to society's views and expectations. Conventional morality is characterized by an acceptance of society's conventions concerning right and wrong. An individual obeys rules and follows society's norms even when there are no consequences for obedience or disobedience. Post-conventional level - Individuals typically believe in basic human rights as life, liberty, and justice and act on these beliefs regardless of the situation.

6 Open-mindedness Receptiveness to new ideas.
Relates to the way in which people approach the views and knowledge of others, and "incorporate the beliefs that others should be free to express their views and that the value of others' knowledge should be recognized."

7 Integrity Firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values

8 Whistle-blower A person who exposes any kind of information or activity that is deemed illegal, unethical, or not correct within an organization that is either private or public.
