4 Phase 1.1 Update Plaza de Fundación undergoing modifications to prevent swimming Grate in the manantial will be raised to a shallower depth Center channel will be reduced to a shallow swale between the manantial and cascadia pools Leveling of plaza surface to improve ADA accessibility

8 Phase 1.2 Construction Update
Early Work Package 11: Demolition and Utility relocation Utility relocation work ongoing Calder Alley mitigation plan developed by Raba Kistner has been approved by COSA OHP and the THC Archaeologists will coordinate with SDJV to execute plan

10 Phase 1.2 Construction Update
Early Work Package 12: Heavy Civil Construction Drilled pier construction on site of former Dollar General building Groundwater mitigation plan developed Water will be captured in tanks and tested If necessary, water will be treated before being discharged into the creek.

11 Commerce Street Closure
Full closure to begin June 25 3-month duration One lane open beginning late September 13-month duration Coordination with COSA project team ongoing Street project construction to begin late October Construction will begin at west end of project Partial closure will overlap with Dolorosa closure

12 Camaron Street Coordination
Camaron Street Project was included in the May 2017 Bond election. Project limits include entire length of Camaron Street To ensure completion by mid-2019, segment from Houston to Martin will be added to SPC construction contract.

13 Public Outreach SARA conducted site walk along Phase 1.2 to reach out to nearby businesses. Meetings held with some of the more impacted businesses Affected entities include Bexar County and COSA offices Regular updates will continue throughout construction Coordination with new developments will continue

14 Phase 1.2 Design Update 100% design progress halted to allow design team to focus on Phase 1.1 modifications 100% design submittal June 29 Guaranteed Maximum Price submittal late August Coordination with SDJV ongoing Carrie Brown will work with design team to identify public art opportunities
