HOW IT WORKS Carbon dioxide passes into the lungs and is exhaled . Oxygen from inhaled air passes through the alveoli walls into the blood.

5 INTERESTING FACTS The Respiratory System brings air into the body and removes carbon dioxide. Blood is carried from the heart to the lungs by the pulmonary. Also it helps us breathe. The right lung is slightly larger than the left
