2 Plumber - (for my career compass I chose to become a plumber, I am not completely sure if this is what I want to do, but so far this is what I am leaning towards) -1st : the value (3rd generation) -2nd : Experience (excavating, digging and observing ) -3rd : personality: so this job requires a lot or personality, and is a lot more hands on and which is a lot better for me.

3 Industrial design Wood working ect (taking extra courses) Schooling (high school and trades school Money saving for my future - getting into the trades school -drivers license

4 Personal requirements
- Ability to work independently - Strength - Careful - Have to look refined - Good personality - Friendly - Attention to detail - Professionalism - Willing to work 24 hours a day

5 Income for employee - 42.00 An hour regular time.
an hour for regular night work. an hour for overtime past 8 hours worked. - 126 an hour for all work after 12 hours worked. - Weekends are an hour with 4 hour minimum charge out. - Stat holidays are an hour with 4 hour minimum charge out.  (Christmas, thanks giving, ect) - 12 % holiday pay and profit sharing above pay schedule.

7 Education - Minimum grade 12 4-5 years of trades school is preferable
I will be taking the British Columbia institute of Technology (BCIT) course 39. Pluming full-time apprentice ship And as extra if I feel I need more teaching then course 37, 38 or 40 would help to (37. Metal Fabricator Foundation 38. Piping Foundation 40. Pump Maintenance) Depending on what course I take my tuition cost could be 13,000$ to 19,000$

8 Potential obstacles and ways to overcome them
Finishing High school Being excepted into BCIT Money (I might have to take a student loan)

9 extra - There is no set times just when you request for time off
- As part of their pay the company pays for their RRSP, and TFSA This is a privately owned company and so these states are probably not the same as many others You are provided a work van as soon as you join The owner of the company makes over 150K per year With an apprenticeship I will be working 3 months on the job then 1 month off for 4-5 years so as I am learning I will also be getting payed
