2 Sometimes when someone hurts you with either their words or actions, it is really difficult to forgive them.

3 The problem is, if you don’t forgive them the anger grows and grows.........

4 It may grow and grow until you feel that you are going to explode.......

5 Eventually you will

6 The only way to stop this happening and keep your mind healthy is to let go of your anger

8 Reflection Time: : Think about the times you have felt hurt or angry.
How does that make you feel inside? Imagine yourself blowing up a balloon and filling it with your anger or bitterness. Now let the balloon go
