3. Discover the Purpose
The Audit is a forensic tool that improves trouble shooting by maintaining compliance, keeping a watchful eye over the database and tracking the moves of each user.
The Viewer allows you to view and print a record showing each stealthy move of those who venture into the application capturing each operation that was performed on any given date and time.
Access to patient information
Changes made to patient records
Reports (manual creation or automatically generated).
Setup changes

4. Basic Troubleshooting:
Control for internal audits
Provide information to inspectors from regulatory agencies
Who printed a report
What patients were or were not printed
Micro worklist changes
Specific terminal IDs
Determine if a print job ran from the scheduler

5. Basic Rules Decoded
Files older than 60 days are automatically zipped to save storage. When chosen to view they will be unzipped automatically.
Files are stored for 6 years in the system
A display of 10,000 lines can be viewed, however a smaller range will prevent missing an important transaction
A shorter timeline will make it easier to view and locate the needed information.
