2. Product finished Coding should be done no later than Friday June 15
Be sure to schedule review with client. If you’ve been doing demos all along, should have no surprises
Remember definition of done – how does client want product delivered?

Be sure you have installed software and delivered documentation by Tuesday 6/19

Report due to advisor by 5 pm on Tuesday 6/19
Submit hard copy for grading (arrange with advisor)

Check with clients to determine if any issues with posting final report online. cpainter if shouldn’t post.

4. Final Activities Final presentation requirements
Presentation schedule is posted – ensure with client that time is OK
Practice talks on Monday/Tuesday (6/18, 6/19)
Note different rooms for each day!

5. Final Activities CD
Submit a CD containing your work on Wednesday 6/20 – if needed (most teams don’t need this)
CD is used primarily as a backup
You don’t need to reproduce the working environment
If software is tightly integrated with existing client system, this requirement will be waived.
Check with your advisor to see if CD is required

6. Final Activities Team member evaluation
Everyone fills in an evaluation on team members
Turn in to advisor on first day of presentations
