21 INSTITUTION ANALYZER Institution Analyzer presents a comprehensive analytical details (through graphs & tables) of an institution, in terms of articles published, citations received, and details of journals in which articles are published, details of the authors in terms of papers published / citation received. You can search institute using its different attributes, like Institution, Place, Author, Subject Category, and Top 50 Institution. 24 2. DATA COMPARER

25 DATA COMPARER Data Comparer is a tool which offers comparative analysis of more than one contributor(Author), Institution and Place, etc.. This functionality can show how two or more Author/institutions/places varies in the kind of work they do or compare contribution made in a certain field. Firstly, we can search institute by using following parameter: Name Place Author Group of Institution Top 50 Institutions Then, we get a list of institutes and out of the displayed list of institutes, intended name of institute can be selected for comparison. Currently, maximum 05 institutions can be compared at a time. User has the option to compare an institution or remove it from the list or can change time span. 7-Dec-18

30 JOURNAL ANALYZER Journal Analyzer provides a quick, easy and transparent view of journal performance. Search for all journals in a specific subject area and view their current details and performance over time. Citation and article counts are important indicators of how frequently current researchers are using individual journals. By tabulating and aggregating citation and article counts of a journal, the Journal Analyzer feature can enable the user to evaluate and compare journals. 34 SUBJECT CATEGORY Subject Category feature facilitates novice/expert user to elicit intended information by making use of three level subject categorization, i.e. level I, II and III. Level – I is the main/broad subject category of a discipline, like Agriculture, Chemistry, Physics, etc. ; Level – II is subset/concept of main/broad subject category and Level – III is the article’s based micro level concept of Level – II subset/concept of a main/broad subject category. When scholars/researchers publish scholarly articles, there is a list of references/bibliography of works that were used/referred while developing scholarly article. This list of scholarly works attached thereto is also known as Cited Work or Cited Reference. Search can be done using Cited Work/Reference as Search String For searching information using Cited Work, or Cited Reference does not require subject knowledge or search expertise. How to do a cited reference search? Enter the name of the Cited Author; the title of a Cited Work, Cited Year then click Search. Enter Cited Reference as “Search String” in search field and click for search. You will find good number of retrieved records. The Cited Reference Search gives more exact/relevant search results. Using Cited Reference search one can go forward and backward for seeing the advancement of the concept and point of primordial research paper from where concept have been germinated. 7-Dec-18
