First, a quick background lesson on Enterprise to give you a better understanding of the road we took in building our employer brand.
Enterprise is part of the Enterprise Holdings family, which owns the National and Alamo brands as well.
We are privately-held and owned by the Taylor family. Jack Taylor founded our company 55 years ago after returning as a decorated naval fighter pilot on the USS Enterprise … hence the Enterprise name.
We have a vehicle fleet of more than 1 million cars, and are the largest buyer of new cars in the world.
