2. Structure
Intro – start answering the question straight away. Address the issue in the question and start to explain its significance
Spend two or three paragraphs explaining different reasons why the issue in the Q is significant in relation to the question
Then make a link to a DIFFERENT factor that has significance in relation to the question – if you can show how different factors are linked or related you can start to aim for Level 5
We think that discussing 2 or 3 alternative factors, and their significance, is a good balance to the factor given in the Q
To conclude, ensure you say HOW SIGNIFICANT (IMPORTANT) the factor in the question is. You can say other factors were more important but you must make a decision on the factor in the Q
