Goal – Access and services for academically at-risk students DELAC – Required for districts with 51 or more English Learners Advise the district’s local governing board on programs and services for English Learners Elect officers: chair person, 2nd chair, secretary Review parent involvement policy – BP 6020 page 11 in Parent Handbook Input to the superintendent and the School Board
