Freezing in order to take stock, identify patterns and highlight what is happening FREEZE REBALANCE UNFREEZE Rebalancing – reinterpreting history, identifying and amplifying best practice and re-sequencing patterns Unfreezing to enable patterns of activity to resume with fewer blockages.
