SC2 Scope E3 Terminology, Definitions, and Best Practices Subcommittee 2 (SC2) is responsible for developing electromagnetic environmental effects (E3) terminology and definitions for C63 ® publications, and harmonizing the use of E3 terms with U.S. military and international standardization bodies. SC2 is also responsible for developing guidelines and best practices for application of C63 ®, other commercial, and U.S. military E3 standards.

SC2 Working Group 2 Report C Working Group Chair: Chris Dilay Status: Initial Development Phase Best Practice Guide Strawman reviewed / updated during WG meeting WG membership / participation expanded to two new members from commercial sector bolstering much needed contributions from industry WG Chair to hold bi-monthly Webinars to support preparation of the draft

C63 Newsletter – SC2 Input ANSI C63 Subcommittee 2 and C63.14 / C63.28 Working Group Meetings held at ETS Lindgren in Cedar Park, TX 7-8 November C year update in progress and recent C63 Standards reviewed for EMC definitions include C63.4a and C C63.28 draft development continued with 2 new members from the commercial sector to bolster needed contributions from industry for the draft development efforts.
