Acted on behalf of the SRHA The Board functioned as it should have Held quarterly board meetings and one Annual Meeting as per the Covenants Kept residents appraised of finances Discussed issues brought forth by homeowners SRHA Annual Mtg 1/31/09

Quarterly newsletters published and distributed by and USPS and available on our website Website updated promptly 2009 – Directory to be updated and distributed SRHA Annual Mtg 1/31/09

8 Landscaping/Monument Committee
Saved $600 for Spring planting bed clean-up and trimming by volunteers board members and spouses Saved $300 on mulch, 12 yds. delivered free by Algonquin Township Hired J.R. Landscaping to cut and trim grass Replaced Main Entrance quartz floodlights with more efficient high pressure sodium fixtures Watts used dropped from 900 to 344 watts Brightness increased from 2,800 to 6,400 lumens Bulb life increased from 1,000 to 24,000 hours need to replace rotted posts on Sands Road sign and stain/paint all monument signs SRHA Annual Mtg 1/31/09

17 Elections As defined by our Covenants
The SRHA Board of Directors shall consist of 5 – 9 members Each member shall be elected at the Annual Meeting The term for an elected member is 2 years A member who wishes to remain on the board must be re-elected at the end of their 2 year term Specific positions on the board (i.e., President) are voted by the board at their first board meeting. They are not specified at the Annual Meeting SRHA Annual Mtg 1/31/09
