Components of Wellness 1. physical, e.g.: a. ability to carry out daily tasks c. maintain nutrition and proper body fat d. avoid abusing drugs, alcohol, or using tobacco products e. generally to practice positive life-style habits 2. social, e.g.: a. ability to interact successfully with people and within the environment of which each person is a part b. develop and maintain intimacy with significant others 3. emotional, e.g. :a. ability to manage stress and express emotions appropriately b. ability to recognize, accept, and express feelings 4. intellectual, e.g.: a. ability to learn and use information effectively for personal, family, and career development. 5.spiritual, e.g.: a. belief in some force (nature, science, religion, or a "higher power") that serves to unite human beings and provide meaning and purpose to life

36 Summary In general health means the physical, mental and social wellbeing of an organism and illness occur when one of the bio- psychosocial model aspect doesn’t appear or a response of a person to a disease.

37 Recommendation Health and illness it has its clinical importance, through maintaining or improve person perception, it increase the central goal of the nurse. And also knowledge of health and illness had an individual to understand different factors that may make him / her healthier or make him or her ill.

38 Conclusion Knowing and improving ones health is the work of each individual and a society. For good health also biological psychological and social aspects should be followed. Failure to follow one of the aspect mentioned above it may cause one for illness.
