2. What is the Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR)?
The Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR) pulls together a wide range of information on the performance of students in each school and district in Texas every year.
Performance is disaggregated by student groups, including ethnicity and low income status, region and state.
The report also provides extensive information on school and district staff, instructional programs, student demographics and attendance.
LISD received its TAPR on November 30, 2016.
TAPR reports for every school are found on the TEA website.
TEA requires a public hearing within 90 days of receipt of the report to share the report with the community.
