We know what we do and do it well, but who are we? Medallion School Partnerships? EdSolutions? Knowledge Learning Corporation? – We have been branded with all of these names and identities and the picture is Fuzzy.

6 CURRENT IDENTITY (cont) “Quality After-school Programming” and quotes the “No Child Left Behind” bill for tutoring SES programs Color KLCSP Medallion SP EdSolutions The color palettes carry no significance and are varied as the rainbow.

7 CURRENT IDENTITY The logos are diverse and unassociated - each carrying their own identity and expression It is clear there is a need for a strong unified identity both verbally and visually, internally and externally Identity begins with defining who we are, embracing what definition, and living it in our work style and interactions every day The discovery and process of definition this groups identity has been inspiring When I started with Medallion in the beginning of March, I knew nothing of this industry aside from being a parent and the experiences I had with my daughter in a Kindercare program for a few years For the past month and a half I have submerged myself in the history and organization of the Medallion and EdSolutions groups as well as the industry of School Partnership Enrichment and Education programs What I have found is an inspiring group of dedicated professionals that have a focus to improve the world we live in by enriching children’s lives. As I researched a little deeper I found that one of the most successful programs they operated carried a name that held the essence of what their identity really was – Champions. The Champions of their work, their industry, of schools, principals, communities and most of all of the children. I present to you the School Partnership’s Identity Brand Platform; it is an expressed initiative of managements intentions in six parts Positioning Purpose Mission Composition Culture And Personality Some of these initiatives are internal while others are external – all of them are useful in the purpose of planning, designing and managing the corporate brand.
