2. Date: February 28 th @ 6pm. Theme: Jungle Budget: $3000 We hope to make a net profit of $2000 MUSIC AND LIGHTS: We were hoping to hire Sardis own Ryan Lohnes as a DJ and hiring a seperate lighting guy. 4. Goal #1: Have 450-500 students attend the dance. We want this dance to be really popular so that we can make enough money to have a third dance in the summer. We hope to achieve this by creating an easy and popular theme and a new DJ. Goal #2: We hope to make a Net profit of $2000 $5000 - $3000 (for costs of decor, and DJ etc.) Should we invite other schools? Goal #3: We want to see a large majority of the people present at the dance dressed up according to the theme.

5. BRIEF ACTION TIMELINE: January 25 th : Start putting posters up and advertising for the dance. January 29 th : Have the DJ and other entertainment booked February 4 th : Have all decorations planned and collected. February 14 th : Start selling tickets from the office. February 28 th : DANCE OUR BUTTS OFF (after set up of course, for which we are now taking volunteers) ANY QUESTIONS, SUGGESTIONS, OR COMMENTS?
