2. Context and Introduction
A motion formalizing internal TGad comment resolution (“the Motion”) on TGad draft specification D0.1 passed as recorded in /557r4
This document provides guidelines for the internal TGad comment submission and resolution process

3. Comment Submission
As described in the Motion, TGad draft specification D0.1 will be posted by Friday, June 04, 2010, 11:59PM EST
Two (2) weeks after the end of the May session
Simultaneous to the publishing of D0.1, a comment submission period will begin
Announcement will be sent to TGad reflector
Modified letter ballot spreadsheet will be used to submit comments on D0.1 (see next slide)
Comment submission will be open to voters, potential voters, and aspirants in order to solicit comments from all who may be voting in letter ballot D1.0 scheduled for September/10
Commenting period will last for 3 weeks closing on Friday, June 25, 2010, 11:59PM EST
