AHC is a family—we care for each other and for our community AHC has an excellent reputation with our students and our community—we make a difference in people’s lives Student diversity brings positive energy to our campus

Empowerment—allow people to do their jobs / cut bureaucracy / streamline processes / do not micromanage Respect among all—strengthen relationship among faculty, administrators, and staff, and eliminate the “us versus them” mentality Fix the hiring and evaluation processes Fix our facilities—our students and our community deserve better
