Green mango with bagoong (shrimp paste) Directions: 1. Heat the pan 2. Saute Garlic 3. Add Shrimp Paste (Alamang), cook a little. 4. Add Vinegar then stir. 5. Add Sugar and stir until Shrimp is cooked and becomes brown or maroon in color. 6. Taste and add sugar/vinegar if it is needed. 7. Add Chili if you like. 8. Serve it with unripe Mango
