2 Truth to Take with You With God’s help, I can curb desires that are wrong and hurtful; I can cultivate desires that are good and right in my heart.

3 Exodus 20:17 You shall not covet your neighbor’s house.
You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.

Believe that control of desire is possible. 2. Surrender your desires to the Lord. 3. Discipline yourself for godliness.

1. Believe that control of desire is possible. 2. Surrender your desires to the Lord. 3. Discipline yourself for godliness. 4. Seek the assistance of the Holy Spirit. Gal. 5:22-23 5. Nip sin in the bud by dealing with temptation as soon as it starts. 6. Enlist the help of others.
