1 Agent Guide to Online Contracting

2 The following pages are the Tabs you will need to complete
in Asurea’s online contracting portal (SuranceBay).

3 Any box with a pencil next to it can be edited
Any box with a pencil next to it can be edited. Simply click on the pencil and edit the information. Boxes with a red dot must be completed before you can continue.

4 Indicate whether you’re contracting as an Individual, Business Entity or Licensed Only Agent. In most cases, you will be contracting as an Individual.

5 Answer every question on this Tab
Answer every question on this Tab. If you answer “Yes” to any question, a text box will appear and you will need to input additional information regarding that answer.

6 This Tab is auto-populated from NIPR. Please review.

7 From your voided check, input your Transit/Routing Number (found at the bottom center of your voided check) and your account number (found at the bottom left of your voided check). Indicate whether you want your commissions to be transferred to your checking or savings account. Upload or use the camera to capture your Personal Voided Check. Click on the appropriate

8 Click on the “+ Add” button to add your Employment History
Click on the “+ Add” button to add your Employment History. Please include self-employment, full-time education, military service and unemployment for the previous seven years. Click on the “+ Add” button to add your Address History. Please include all addresses you’ve lived at in the past seven years.

9 Input Policy #, Carrier, Limits/Case, Total, State Date and Expiration Date. You can upload your Certificate or use the camera to take a snapshot of the Certificate.

10 Please complete all training applicable and dates completed if required. Upload the certificate(s) of completion as required.

11 Once all Tabs have a green checkmark (as below), you're done!
