Art I Overview
This course provides a strong foundation for visual art. You will study the elements of art and principles of design and apply these concepts to your own art works. You will explore drawing, painting, printmaking, and sculpture. You will learn about art history and the study of cultures. You will learn how to talk and write about artworks through the process of art criticism. This course will prepare you for level II art courses.

Studio Ground Rules:
Be in class on time.

No electronics without teacher permission. No photos/recording in class.
Clean up after yourself.
Do not wait at the door before the end of class.
