3 Challenge How to get more market share and chance for selling our bags to congresses/associations who we know and are in contact with, but where we haven’t had the chance to make an offer. 4 Client selection Clients that are in good contact with Parthen, but didn’t choose for our conference bags so far. (we selected about 10 congresses) A number of potential clients (PCO’s and Associations) that we know in our market, but where we didn’t manage to get the opportunity to make an offer for our conference bags. 5 Client approach 10 congresses
We produced 5 samples for each congress ourselves in the colors and logos of the client’s congress, looking at the price category of the bags from last year, before we visited the clients to discuss the possibilities. 30 potential clients We addressed the contact persons of the PCO’s/Associations individually with a personalized movie of the “Bag whisperer” .
