Twitter and TweetJobs are capitalizing on the reality that their customers trust what total strangers will say on a tweet more than what they see in ads and announcements by companies. Employers need to make the truth about their brand trusted. FACTS: On employer profiles ask for links to (especially 3rd party) articles or publications that we would like to push out to candidates. CULTURE: Fortune #1 does not equate to Spender #1. THEIR CAREERS: Incorporate concepts like CAREER FITNESS.
