Annual Reports A comprehensive report published each year to inform stakeholders of the status of the operation

Annual Reports Should be officially submitted to the Mayor or City Manager, the City Council and the Park and Recreation Advisory Board State Park units will likely submit a similar report to the regional and state office. Similar reports are compiled by the private sector for review by the Board of Directors and stockholders (if a corporation).

Components of an Annual Report

Cover a widely read report may necessitate the use of color and graphics, while an in-house report may be primarily text. Today…..no report should be dull. Easy to use presentation software should be used at all levels

Alternatives Publishing the annual report on the agency’s web-page makes access very easy and reduces duplication costs
