Only few problematic questions: e.g. over-/under- coverage, structure of non-response population, bias risk, costs of survey, …
End of October 24 NQR & End of December NQR complete; plus NO & IS
Start of more qualitative assessment of NQR and microdata files by contractor and F4 from November on
1st half of 2017: more info from MS might be needed
End of 2017: European HIS Quality Report is ready
