1. Open AutoCAD
Open the first problem (#1)
Zoom in on the problem so that takes up the majority of the screen
Make sure that the orthographic views and the isometric view are on the screen
When they are visible, push the PRINT SCREEN button on your keyboard – it is on the top right and says PRTSCN
Open Power Point
Zoom out so that the slide is at 50% (bottom right of the screen)
Push CONTROL (CTRL) + V to Paste in the image from AutoCAD
Click on the picture and select FORMAT at the top of the screen
Then select CROP at the top right to get rid of any parts of the screen capture that you do not need
Use the black grips on the corner of the picture to crop the picture
When done, click off of the picture (this will close the CROP feature)
Take your cropped picture of Problem #1 and move it in to the orange grid labeled “Problem 1.” Repeat this for all the problems or as many as you were able to finish. All pictures should be properly cropped to fit the grid provided to you.
Save the Power Point when you are done on to your student number.
