PRESS RELEASE Rugged Dual Channel Low-Side Driver IC for Automotive Applications DATA SHEET HI-RES GRAPHIC The AUIRS4426S dual channel low-side driver IC was designed for use in automotive applications including hybrid power train drives, direct fuel injection and DC-DC converter applications. Automotive HOME PAGE Features Gate drive supply range from 6V to 20V CMOS Schmitt-triggered inputs Matched propagation delay for both channels Outputs out of phase with inputs Automotive Qualified according to AEC-Q100 Lead free, RoHS compliant Advantages Available in an 8-lead SOIC package, the automotive-qualified AUIRS4426S is a rugged low-voltage high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver that features a high pulse current buffer stage and matched propagation delay for both channels to help simplify design. The AUIRS4426S features a gate drive supply range from 6V to 20V, CMOS Schmitt-triggered inputs, low input logic, and outputs out-of-phase with inputs on the two independent gate drivers. The IC is a very rugged, general purpose dual channel low-side driver which was specifically designed, tested and qualified for use in harsh environments such as automotive under-the-hood applications.
