And I liked the fact that they went over results and that you didn’t just have to read them online and then take them to your doctor for interpretation. Also, the body fat measurement and waist circumference are new and a great addition to the overall picture. You walk away with all of your numbers in a booklet that also has charts to refer to for ranges. All in all, a great experience and I was really worried using a different vendor. “The screening event at the corporate office went very well. The Health Advocate team was pleasant and friendly. We had an employee who was not satisfied with her results, implying that the Health Advocate equipment was not right. She was especially upset over her blood pressure reading. The team handled it very professionally and throughout the day took her blood pressure 3 times. Also, the event ended at 3 PM but an employee showed up at 3:15 to be screened. Though the team was pretty much packed up they did accommodate her.” “Just a big ‘well-done’ for another totally professional, completely expert on-site screening. Thank you for the quick replies to all my inquiries!” “I am very impressed with the process. I was the first screen of the day (at 9 AM on Tuesday). Once the screener completed the Results Chart he made sure I was aware that something should be followed up on and that Health Advocate could help with that. I advised that I was under a doctor’s care for that particular issue and he let me know that it was good that I was taking action. At about 10:30 or so I had logged onto the member portal and saw that my page indicated I had completed the biometric screening, though my total points were still at 50. At the end of the day I logged on again and saw that my total points were now And on Wednesday I received an that my PHP had been updated and was available for review.”
