2 Working axles - a groove to hold the nail

3 Working axles - nail in the groove

4 Working axles - ready to file the bumps off

5 Working axles - holding the file steady

6 Working axles - Guiding file with right hand

7 Polish with jeweler's rouge on a rag.

8 Draw the side views

9 Draw the top view

10 Line the drill up with the axle line and drill carefully

11 At this point, cut the car off the block.
Use whatever means are available ... table saw, hand saw, planer, etc.

12 Make a place for the saw blade to work inside the car

13 Cut out the end

14 Detach one end of the blade ...

15 Put the car around the blade ...

16 Fasten the blade and you're “good to go.”

17 A coping saw will do this job, too

18 Weigh all the pieces, allow for epoxy.

20 Pound weights into shape to fit Tape over the axle holes

21 Set weights so that they are ready to go in the right place.

22 Add Epoxy and fold the waxed paper over. Press to shape.
