MTSU Holocaust Studies Program Mission Statement Organized in 1988, the MTSU Holocaust Studies Program's original mission was to encourage the study of the Holocaust at Middle Tennessee State University and in the mid-South. The Middle Tennessee State University Holocaust Studies Committee encourages interdisciplinary study, teaching and scholarship in the areas of and genocide studies as well as sponsoring lectures, exhibits, seminars, and performances related to these fields. It also organizes a bi-annual international conference.

6 Community College Events
Holocaust focus of DSCC festival Community members can gain new perspectives on the Holocaust this month through the 17th annual book festival presented by Dyersburg State Community College. The festival will be held Monday through Feb. 29 in the DSCC Learning Resource Center on the Dyersburg campus.
