Recommendation Provide opportunities for face to face interaction between Volunteer Leaders, Admin Staff and constituents. Initially: At SLSs and LTC Longer Term: At SLSs, Group Meetings and District Meetings

Initiative Overview Initiative Develop or improve communication between Staff, Volunteer Leaders and Unit Leaders. Rationale More personal relationships will improve communication and cooperation to fulfill Members needs.

4 Assumptions Assumptions:
Some Units don’t know who their Staff Support or Volunteer Leaders are. Units may be assigned new Staff Support in near future. Volunteer and Staff assignments will change over time. Meeting someone face to face improves all forms of communication. i.e. , telecons

A personalized “leaders only” homepage on ASME.org that includes a directory and other information. A configurable personalized “leaders only” homepage on ASME.org that includes a directory and information of their choice. (Migrate to all members in future)
