<Preparation tool and Caution>
Phillips screwdriver +No.2
Please turn OFF the power before assembling the cutter.
<Assembly procedure>
1. Open the open-cover, and Open the Head
2. Remove (1) screw , and take-out (2) and (3) .
3. Connect (0) Option-cable and (5) Cutter-cable
to (4) Relay-PCB
4. Fix (4) Relay-PCB by (6) screw
5. Attach (7) Front-cover, while passing thru Cutter-cable
into Center-frame’s slot
6. Connect (5) Cutter-cable to PCB (of Cutter-unit)

7. Attach (8) Cutter-unit to printer, fix it by (9) screw.
8. While opening the Cutter-open-lever,
attach (10) Front-panel (CT), and fix it by (11) screw.

<Check and adjust after assembly Cutter-kit>
<Preparation>
Set Label and Ribbon to printer.
Close the Head
Power ON the printer (press ｢Power｣ key).
<Check contents>
1. Check Cutter-Open-Error
(1) After opening the Cutter-open-lever,
confirm that LCD-display is “Cutter-open-Error” message.
(2) After checking, close and lock the Cutter-open-lever.

2. Adjust of Cut-position
In Offline, press the [Soft-R] key
Printer loads one sheet label (blank), and cuts it.
Confirm that cutting is on label gap.
If NG (cutting on label), adjust the “Offset” value.
<Adjust method of “Offset”>
(1) Press ｢　　　｣, change “Online”  “Offline”
(2) Press ｢Enter｣ key, display the “Settings”
(3) Press ｢　　or ｣key several times
Change Settings-menu: “Printing”  “Tools”
Press ｢Enter｣ key
(4) Select “Test Print”, press ｢Enter｣
(5) Select “Factory”, press ｢Enter｣
(6) Select “Offset”, Set “Offset” value
In case of (A); Offset value  Reduce ( )
(B);  Increase ( )
(7) After setting,
By press ｢Soft-R｣ key, printer is issued Test-printing.
When Label-pitch is less than 100mm,
Press ｢　　 ｣ x3 times, press the [Soft-R] key.
Confirm the cutting position is OK or NG.
If it was NG, please perform (6)~(7) again.
Then
If printing-position needs to adjust,
please set it by “Pitch” value. OK

1. Remove Small-piece from Cushion (Bottom-Front) ~with Cutter model only
