What is the function of veins? Which is the only artery which contains deoxygenated blood, why? Why is it beneficial for capillaries to have very thin walls?

3 Resting Heart rate Your resting heart rate (RHR) is the number of times your heart beats per minute while at complete rest. 

4 Effect of exercise on heart rate
Find your resting heart rate and note it down (RHR) Star jumps for 2 minutes without stopping Immediately take your pulse and note down (0 mins after exercise) Take your pulse every minute and note down until your heart rate has returned to normal Draw a graph to show your results Pair up and add your partner’s recovery time to your graph

6 Recovery time Recovery Heart Rate is your heart's ability to return to a normal rate after an activity within a specific amount of time. In general, a faster heart rate (HR) recovery (HR slowing down) from an activity is an indication of an improved fitness level.
