4 What is Partcipant Portal?
The Participant Portal is an electronic platform used to manage European Projects such as FP7, H2020, and many others: On PP you can find and secure funding for projects under the following EU programmes: Horizon research and innovation framework programme th research framework programme (FP7) and Competitiveness & Innovation Programme (CIP)

Proposal – I and II stage from writing till evaluating, if you are successful!: Preparation of Grant Agreement : appointing LEAR, PSIGN, FSIGN, etc Signing DoH Information about the project in general: Prefinancing decision, Grant Data: reporting periods, budget amount, work packages, short description of the project, annexes, articles related to the project from AGA H2020 Project begins: communication with PO, Amendments, reporting MP button – technical reporting, financial reporting, etc Project finishes - MP button – technical reporting, financial reporting, etc End of project

14 Payment 5% guarantee fund! Pre-financing payment ~ % Interim payment – after submitting by the coordinator the periodical report(approx. within 60 days – months) Final payment – approx. within 60 days after submitting the final report by coordinator(might also take 1 year)!

15 H2020: Audit (Certificate of the Financial Statement (CFS))
Beneficiaries/linked third parties may submit CFS for the whole action. (ii) a ‘certificate on the financial statements’ (drawn up in accordance with Annex 5) for each beneficiary [and for each linked third party], if it requests a total contribution of EUR or more, as reimbursement of actual costs and unit costs calculated on the basis of its usual cost accounting practices (see Article 5.2 and Article 6.2, Point A). In both cases, the certificate may only be submitted with the final financial report. The Commission/Agency will not accept certificates submitted at any other moment (and costs incurred for those certificates will not be considered eligible, because not necessary). The certificate must be issued by an external auditor, using the template in Annex 5. Only qualified auditors may issue a certificate. -PDF of CFS has to be sent to coordinator. Original has to be kept with LNU Please follow the instructions for the audit proposal as per AMGA

16 Exchange rate *Procedure for calculating the rate on the ECB website: Step 1 — Go to the ECB website. Step 2 — Click on the chart icon [ ] for the currency. Step 3 — Choose the ‘HTML5 version’ which appears under the name of the currency in the top-left corner. Step 4 — Insert the starting date of the reporting period in the field ‘from’ and the end date of the reporting period in the field ‘to’. The average for the period will appear above the chart.
