3 BTY objectives: To establish a very profitable
‘100% green' Cruise Line in the upper 5 Star segment, exploring identical sailing vessels, each accommodating passengers in ultimate luxury, with 51 crew, operating 300 days / year in all global cruising areas, within a period of 10 years.

4 Key elements of BTY Largest and ‘greenest’ sailing vessels ever built. ( x 17.5 x 78.0 x 4.5 m ) ( 6000 m2 sails ) (100% DE propulsion) Ultimate luxury for $ 700,= pdpd, all in. Michelin Star level restaurant 22m2 cabins minimum, 70 m2 maximum Bars, In- and outdoor gyms, swimming pool, hospital, sauna, manicure, pedicure, hairdresser, casino, library, cinema, shop 24x7 room service, laundry service, lounge, jet-sky’s, windsurfing, (scuba)diving, etc. Fully AC, Zero speed stabilizers ( << 100 heeling ) Extreme low noise levels.

5 1. Timing The project is ready to be launched.
Quotes for all major components have been received. The costs of the vessels are fixed within a 2-5% margin. Naval engineering ( = detailing the already existing General Design ) could start immediately. Hull building and interior prefabrication could start Q4 2016 The first ship could be operational end 2018

6 2. Flexibility Although the project plans to have 16 ships build the next 10 years, this could easily be adjusted to 4, 8 or 24 , depending on industry developments. The ships will be build by a flexible force of cooperating but independent specialists, under strong management from a dedicated building team. So no problems with unions, capacity, continuity etc. Although the ships should be technically identical, in order to save on training, maintenance, spare parts, design costs, etc., the concept allows maximum freedom for specific styling on each individual ship. The vessels are designed to sail on all waters. From the tropics to the arctic's. They are fully ocean going with a long range and a high average speed ( kts ) . So BTY is not limited in (changing) sailing areas. The ships will have SOLAS classification in order to be allowed as Commercial Cruise Vessels. The most common ‘flag’ to operate vessels like these is that of the Cayman Islands. The same applies for BTY Holding BV and its operational daughter companies. At this moment BTY Holding BV is located in The Netherlands and the operational companies are planned to work from Switzerland. For reasons of tax regulation. It is no problem to change these locations in case this would suit the objectives better.

7 3. Sustainability These vessels are the 'greenest' ever ! There simply is no comparison. Not only will they mainly use the sails for propulsion, they will also generate power from the rotating propellers while 'under sail'. Under 'power' the vessel is 100% Diesel (or LNG or H2) Electric driven. Always the best efficiency, independent from the requested power load. The design is prepared for fuel cells and batteries. An additional option is using laminated solar cells on the 6000 m2 of sails. Only certified wood will be used. Paint systems will be environmental friendly. Garbage and waste water ( grey and black ) will be treated in a responsible way according to the strictest regulations.

8 4. Economical, Risk & Investors Aspects
The project has been set-up from day one as a commercial business. Making a realistic profit was the first objective and it still is. This project will give a nice ROI. (Return on Investment) There is no need to decide for extreme investments or commitments today ! Because the investment for the first vessel is limited to € ,= Which can be partly financed through a commercial bank. Increasing the commitment can be decided by the investors during the 'roll out' of the first vessel and its acceptance by the market.

9 5. Co-makership, synergy and spin-off
Shipping is turning to 100% DE solutions.....wind supported vessels and sustainability. This is a fact. Not a dream. BTY has developed the General Design with these considerations in mind. So....the project could also be a 'platform' for further development to better systems, pollution friendly solutions etc.... These ships, in case properly managed, communicated and promoted, could gain a tremendous goodwill for its investors. In terms of tourism of course, but also in terms of a country that wants to use its natural resources to make the world a better place to be for future generations. The management of BTY will not stop at realizing a prosperous Cruise Line. The vessels will be perfect ‘sailing laborites'’ to develop even better energy solutions.
