Make changes identified in CP 5
Create separate instructor and student materials as needed
Instructor-only materials (e.g., answer key) separated out
Check spelling, grammar
Confirm navigation links work
Organize any copyright permissions (as needed)
Identify potential landing (front) page images
Complete instructor stories
Final step: Send a letter to team leader summarizing changes made in response to assessment team feedback and CP 5 review

3. Checkpoint 7 External reviews Expert review of content
Technical review of text, copy editing
Review of provenance of images etc. in text of web pages and any accessory materials (e.g., PowerPoint files etc.)
Some final edits expected as a result of these reviews
Publication follows CP 7  Target date, September 2016
