7 Navigating User Interface
Once in the platform, your Admin may have already sent out required or optional trainings. You will see two icons at the top of your interface: The bell icon will let you know when your previously viewed sites, tools, or applications have updated content from Grovo The envelope icon notifies you if a new training has been provided by your Admin 1 2

Beginning Training Click the Training name in blue to view all chapters and materials contained in the training See the number of materials and duration remaining Click Start training to begin or Continue training to continue where you left off 1 2 3

Profile, Settings & Logout By clicking on your name in the top right corner, you can view your Profile, Settings, Contact us, or Logout: Profile View the certification’s you have earned. To view the entire content library, click Browse at the top of your platform Note, this is only if your Admin allows this functionality Sites & Apps allow you to view individual websites and applications Topics are pre-grouped videos covering a specific competency Filters allow you to filter by category, skill, level, time, and type Sort the library based on A-Z, Most recent, and Most popular 2 3 4 1 5

14 Troubleshooting Can’t see the Grovo site?
1 If you are experiencing technical difficulties on the Grovo platform, follow the below instructions to ensure your browser is compatible and you have an internet connection Recommended Browser: Chrome If using Internet Explorer: Check your browser version: Must be IE8 or higher Click the gear icon in the top right of the browser Click About Internet Explorer The version will be viewable inside this section You may be prompted to download a newer version of IE to be compatible with many current day websites Check your Internet connection: Check if your LAN cable is connected to your workstation If using wireless internet, make sure your laptop wireless button is switched “On” Contact your IT department if you are still experiencing connectivity issues 2 3 4

A user may need to clear their cache & cookies if their passwords aren’t working In your web browser, click Tools > Internet Options > Delete…(found in the Browsing history section) You will be directed to Delete Browsing History page, click Delete

Am I able to re-watch a video? Yes. Click back on the name of the video at any point to re-watch Do I have to take the materials in order? No. You can click the name of any video to start watching. However, you need to finish all materials to Complete the training How many times can I attempt a quiz? Once Are quizzes mandatory? This is up to your Admin How do I know if I’ve watched a video? Green check: video completed Blue dots: video started Grey line: video not started How can I view my completed trainings? All completed trainings will be listed at the bottom of your User Homepage (Learn)
