Under the different level headings you need to write the criteria that you think makes a painting that level. 8 Points to Improve in Your Art Work.
There are paint and water splashes of different colours on the painting. Painting is outside the lines in places. Painting has small white gaps or has not been painted up to the lines. Painting is rough or has dried in block patches. Paint looks thin or see through. Paint has run into other colours. Drawing is not accurate as the eyes are not in the middle of the face. Too much paint has been used on the details and features of the face.

9 Pick 2 Targets: Keep my work station tidy and paint over the paint and water splashes. Improve your control by painting with the small brush when you come near to the lines in your painting. Use the small paint brush to paint over the gaps and to use near to the lines in your painting. Paint with the large paint brush with more water in 1 neat smooth direction. Mix enough paint before painting. Thicken your paint by using more powder. Let the paint dry before you paint the detail over it. Improve the drawing accuracy by positioning the eyes in the middle of the face (halfway down). Use the tip of the small paint brush with little paint to pain in the detail and small features of the face.
