2 CLC Hotel Program Overview:
Traveler checks-in hotel With CLC CheckINN Card Traveler accesses On-Line Hotel List Traveler makes reservation Direct with Hotel CLC pays hotel Client pays CLC Detailed Reporting CLC Invoices Client CLC audits each hotel bill for accuracy

3 Accessing your Information On-Line:
Available 24 x 7 – Most up-to-date information Log-On at Finding a hotel on your approved hotel list Finding Employee information for sign-in sheets

5 Enter first initial and last name & employee number (as printed on your card) then hit “Submit” to get access to the hotel list 9

7 Enter search Criteria: Either City and State or you can search by Zip Code. Then enter how wide a radius you want to search (i.e. 15 miles). At a minimum, you must enter or choose a state from the drop down menu.

8 12 You will then receive a list of the hotels in
that area that met your search criteria. You can then place a phone call to the hotel and make your reservation. Clicking on the “See Map” link will take you to a map and show the location of the property. 12

9 Hotel Availability – Reservation:
Call the hotel you have chosen and inquire about room availability for the dates and number of rooms you will need. Announce yourself as a CLC customer from Insituform and make the reservation.

10 Check-In & Check-Out: Sample CLC Voucher The hotel may ask you to sign a voucher like the one to the right when you check-in and check-out Otherwise the hotel will process your card electronically (see Hotel Folio to the right) If you need a receipt recording your stay, ask for one from the hotel as you depart. 11 Updates to the Insituform Hotel List:
As new hotels are added, or others removed from the program, please refer to the list on-line for the most up to date information. Not every hotel will participate in the program. With adequate volume and flexibility we can work to locate a suitable hotel in the area.
