43. We are going to simulate the creation of a Pro Forma order message. Click button Partners to start. If you received an order by phone, mail or fax you need to create an electronic pro forma order before you are able to create a despatch advice and/or invoice message.

60. In this simulation we are going to see how Bizz-E automatically generates additional lines with SSCC label codes in a Despatch advice. Click button Open to go to page Overview Orders.

61. First we are going to look at the order message to see how many order lines are present. Click button Open to see the order message.

62. As you can see there are three different products ordered. Click button Back to return to page Overview Orders.

63. Click icon Edit in column Despatch to see the despatch advice message.

64. As you can see Bizz-E automatically divided the products into several lines accordingly to the capacity of the carrier for each product that you have set in its master data. Product one (200 pieces), product two (100 pieces) and product three (150 pieces) where divided into nine lines and given unique SSCC label codes. Click Print to see the despatch message or Carrier to continue the simulation.

65. You now can use the SSCC numbers shown in your third party label print software so they can be printed by your label printer. If you have generated labels already, select a carrier and click Edit to change the SSCC into your generated SSCC. Click Edit to continue the simulation.

67. If you are ready, either with printing the SSCC or with changing the SSCC numbers, click the button Back to be redirected to your despatch advice.

68. To change the status of your despatch advice to send, simply check the box Send.

69. To physically send the despatch advice go to Home and use the button Log out.

72. Use the functionality of your web browser to physically print the despatch advice. The printed version can be used for pick list and to verify that each label has been placed on the correct product carrier. You also can use this page to copy the SSCC label codes onto your clipboard so you can easily paste the code in the applicable field of your third party label print program.
