Muscle cells burn much more calories than any anything else, so if we increase your muscle mass, you will be burning more calories even when you are sat at work or at home! Your muscle mass at the moment is………. Wellness Profile – Basal Metabolic Rate Your Basal Metabolic Rate is the amount of calories your body burns at rest for an entire day. Your Current Basal Metabolic Rate is .... > = GAIN FAT < = BURN FAT Your Basal Metabolic Rate is the amount of calories you burn at rest for 1 day. It accounts for the most amount of calories you burn during the day. Your Basal Metabolic Rate is…………… If you ate 500 less calories than this per day you will lose weight a minimum of 1lb per week from fat. If you ate more you will put on weight. So we need you to eat less than………… calories per day. We recommend no lower then so we would need to make sure calories from activity levels and thermogenisis are optimised to still achieve a good weight loss result. If you are exercising, you will burn extra calories, so it will be easier to lose weight. Another way to speed up your weight loss and body fat burning is for us to increase your basal metabolic rate, because this will make it even easier for you to eat fewer calories than the calories you are burning (leads on to next slide) We recommend to consume at least minimum per day Otherwise your body goes into fat storage mode

We need to provide our trillions of cells with 114 nutrients every day for them to function properly and reduce the rate at which our body ages. Your metabolic age is………..
