2 Self-Assessment To understand yourself fully, you need to analyze and reflect upon who you are. Self-assessment is a process of determining who you are. Continually assessing who you are physically, mentally, and emotionally will help you to make decision about your future lifestyle and career.

Values signify what is important and worthwhile. They are your inner standards from which you receive motivation to act as you do, and by which you judge behavior (both yours and others) Your values say a lot about what type of person you are and what you are putting out into the world with what you say and what you do!

Indicate with a check mark items that are important to you. Now, read back through those you selected and decide on your top five. Place these at the bottom of the page. Talk about each artifact, and how it fits in your life. While you’re talking consider how this would affect your career choices – pay attention to the example  Class sharing
