2. I. How do we do it SLO has one CA, 153 sites with PRTR report’s
Reporting were done in paper form
Operators report, only data from Annex III. E-PRTR Regulation
Formalised QA procedure, check sources of existing information (public data bases), emission and waste transfers data bases on EARS,.., dialog with operators
Data validation was crucial
Time for preparing report: ca.1,5 human/month
Poveš da je v agenciji združen organ za poročanje o emisijah snovi v zrak, vode, poročanje o nastajanju odpadkov, trgovanju s CO2. Da se je tudi organ ki izdaja environmental permits.
Da imamo aplikacijo za poročanje elektronsko, vendar se je izkazalo, da je zaradi ad hoc sprememb v poročevalskih obrazcih bolj učinkovito poročanje na papirju. Vsekakor pa je cilj da poročanje za leto 2009 začnemo s spletnim orodjem.

Id.5:
(Convert Degrees, Minutes, Seconds into Decimal Degrees)
ID1, 2, 3: From company report, checked with existing information (IPPC database, AJPES, TIS)
ID4: Find facility ID from previous (EPER) report, in case that facility did not report to EPER, give it new number, follow sequence of numbers. In all other cases follow rules from E-PRTR guidance
ID5: Long, Lat were set by EARS, we use Google earth, Geopedia.
ID7: check all reported NACE code, we often have to change code. A lot of operators repoted with NACE 1 code list
ID9: NUTS code was set by EARS, data in national legislation
ID10: set by EARS

7. ID11: Difficult to question, often not reported
ID12: E-PRTR activity, no problem
ID13: check regarding previously reports and yearly env. reports to Air emission, and VOC emission database
ID15: check environmental permit
ID16: Corinair, USEPA
ID17: Operators never made significant digits rounding (we add procedure into visual basic code inside Acces which convert any number to three significant digit number)
ID18: difficult to assure proper reporting (source: newspaper’s, Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Civil Protection and Disaster Relief)
